WHITE WINE, GERMANY, PFALZ
The Grauburgunder from Winery Uli Metzger shines with a fresh, pale yellow color. Its balanced acidity gives it a refreshing taste, making it a versatile, fruit-forward wine that's not too complex. Perfect for everyday enjoyment, this wine pairs wonderfully with rabbit or poultry ragout, or can be enjoyed on its own for a delightful drinking experience.
WHITE WINE, GERMANY, MOSEL
Whether enjoyed young or with some age, this Riesling is always a pleasure. “Dajoar” means “like in the old days” in the Moselle-Franconian dialect. On the palate, the off-dry Riesling Dajoar is delightfully intriguing, offering a delicate yet refreshingly crisp sweetness that immediately captivates. Aromas of yellow blossoms emerge already in the bouquet and continue seamlessly on the palate. A truly exceptional, yet remarkably approachable white wine from Andreas Bender.

ROSE WINE, GERMANY, RHEINHESSEN
Intensely inviting on the nose with aromas of red berry fruits. These notes harmonize beautifully with floral nuances and a lively minerality. On the palate, it is dry, pleasantly smooth, and wonderfully aromatic, revealing hints of blackcurrant and the exceptionally profound “minerality of limestone.”
ROSE WINE, SPAIN, CATALUNYA
It’s clear this bull has a soft spot for raspberries—their delicate aromas, accompanied by a hint of blackcurrant, gently waft to the nose. The flavor is also rich in red berries, supported by a pleasant fruit sweetness and a subtle herbal note.
RED WINE, GERMANY, PFALZ
A wonderfully well-structured red wine from the Palatinate that delights with every sip. In the glass, it shows a deep violet hue, while the nose reveals aromas of wild berries, morello cherries, and raspberries. The “Prachtstück” red cuvée is dense and juicy, with a fleshy, full-bodied presence on the palate. Its fresh bouquet makes this dry red wine perfect for everyday enjoyment, offering a delightfully fruity experience.
RED WINE, SPAIN, LA RIOJA
A barrel-aged red wine with a concentrated profile. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherries and raspberries take center stage, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla and spice. On the palate, it is balanced and well-structured, with soft tannins and a lingering finish. Perfect for those seeking an elegant and characterful wine.
WHITE WINE, GERMANY, PFALZ
The label may look simple, but inside is a Palatinate Sauvignon Blanc full of unexpected character: rich in depth and spice, with a distinctive New Zealand flair—brilliantly crafted! This wine shines in the glass with a clear, pale yellow colour and unfolds an aromatic bouquet of ripe yellow fruits, summer meadows, and acacia honey.
WHITE WINE, ITALY, TUSCANY
A Tuscan classic from one of the finest producers. Elegant, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. In the glass, the Villa Antinori Bianco sparkles with a medium lemon-yellow hue and subtle greenish reflections. Its fruit aromas are fresh, accompanied by a floral finish.
RED WINE, GERMANY, PFALZ
Like a wild bull, this Palatinate cuvée—crafted in the style of a classic French Bordeaux—stands strong in the bottle. Deep in color, almost black, this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot reveals a bold bouquet of black fruits, chocolate, tobacco, and leather. On the palate, Filet Noir is richly textured, with a fruity-spicy character and well-integrated tannins. A true “filet piece” from the Metzger estate.
In the glass, the Hensel & Gretel Cuvée displays a deep, intense red. The wine exudes aromas of cocoa, vanilla, blackberry, blackcurrant, and dark cherries. On the palate, it is elegant and smooth, with beautifully integrated tannins. This dry, powerfully spiced red wine finishes with a fruity finale.
RED WINE, FRANCE, BORDEAUX
A wine with a sparkling Bordeaux red color, complemented by garnet-red reflections. It has a fragrant bouquet with delicately spicy aromas of dark fruits and a subtle note of violets. On the palate, it is both soft and powerful, with tannins that are clearly perceptible yet beautifully integrated, giving the wine a firm backbone and promising great potential. It is fruity, densely aromatic, and well-balanced, with excellent length on the finish.
RED WINE, FRANCE, SOUTHERN FRANCE
This wine displays a deep, dark garnet red with black to purple gleaming reflections, accompanied by an opulent bouquet of ripe dark fruits, pepper, violets, cloves, sweet spices, and a hint of truffle. Expressive dark fruit, peppery spice, and finely textured tannins define the varietal character, offering the finest aromatic nuances.
RED WINE, ARGENTINIA, SAN JUAN
This wine impresses with black fruits, smoke, violet flowers, and spice notes. Deep aromas and a fine finish make this Syrah a wonderful companion for special moments. It was aged for 12 months, with 50% of the wine in French oak barrels and 50% in American oak barrels. Enjoy the passion that is captured in every bottle!
RED WINE, ITALY, PIEMONT
The Prunotto Barolo can certainly be considered a reliable choice, as it has consistently delivered exceptional quality in the bottle for many years. The color of this red wine from Piedmont is garnet red. The 18-month aging process in oak barrels of varying sizes contributes to the soft, long-lasting finish.
