Accessibility Statement
This accessibility statement applies to the website www.winstongolf.de. As golf enthusiasts, we strive to make our website accessible in accordance with Section 14 (1) of the State Act on Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (LBGG M-V) and the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (BITVO M-V) in their currently valid versions.

This website is partially compliant with the requirements of the LBGG M-V and the BITVO M-V. The non-compliances and/or exceptions are listed below. WINSTONgolf GmbH is committed to successively reducing the identified barriers.
Non-accessible Content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons:
- Meaningful Sequence: Although the order in which content is presented is vital to its meaning and understanding, the correct reading sequence cannot be determined by software.
- Non-text Contrast: Parts of graphics required to understand the content do not have a contrast ratio of at least 3:1 against adjacent colors.
- Contrast (Minimum): The visual representation of text and images of text does not have a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1.
- Resize Text: With the exception of captions and images of text, text cannot be resized up to 200 percent without assistive technology without loss of content or functionality.
- Pause, Stop, Hide: For any moving, blinking, or scrolling information that starts automatically and lasts longer than five seconds while being displayed parallel to other content, there is no way for the user to pause, stop, or permanently hide these animations.
- Three Flashes or Below Threshold: The website contains content that flashes more than three times in any one-second period, or the flash is below the general flash and red flash thresholds.
- Bypass Blocks: There is no mechanism to bypass blocks of content that are repeated on multiple web pages.
- Multiple Ways: Within the set of web pages, only a single method exists to locate a specific web page.
- Focus Order: When the website is navigated sequentially, focusable components receive focus in an illogical or arbitrary order that disregards the meaning of the content and significantly restricts usability.
- Focus Visible: Not every user interface operable by keyboard has a mode of operation where the keyboard focus is visible.
- Link Purpose (In Context): The purpose of a link cannot be determined from the link text alone or from its software-determined link context.
